Whether you are running a remote cabin or a modern off-grid homestead, this inverter provides the scalability to grow with you—supporting parallel stacks of up to six units for a massive 21.6kW of total system capacity.

⚠️ System Design Notes

To ensure a professional and safe installation, please review the following requirements:

  • Voltage Compatibility: This unit is strictly for 48V battery systems. It will not operate with 12V or 24V banks.
  • Split-Phase Output: For 240V loads (well pumps, dryers, electric stoves), a minimum of two SUNON3.6 units must be installed in parallel and configured for split-phase operation.
  • Environmental Rating: This inverter is IP20 rated and must be installed in a clean, dry, indoor environment.
  • Monitoring: Remote monitoring requires an active 2.4GHz WiFi connection at the installation site.
