Return Policy
We accept most unused and unopened merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (exceptions apply). Items must be returned in clean, original packaging with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Opened but unused items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Must be in resalable condition with all accessories.
- Products shipped from partner warehouses may have different return policies and fees. *Drolet, Century, Englander wood stoves, and propane heating products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
Power Stations, Solar Lights, Solar Fans, and CO Monitors are non-returnable once opened.
*It is not possible to measure or guarantee with certainty that a battery has been unused once it has left our warehouse. Accepting a battery return and then reselling to other customers with the presumption of it being unused is not a practice we follow.
Warranty & Support
All products are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranty. While The Cabin Depot does not personally warrant these items, we are happy to assist customers by coordinating claims with select manufacturers. Certain manufacturers require customers to contact them directly for support, which may restrict our involvement in the claims process. Please note that we cannot facilitate refunds, replacements, or repairs without a manufacturer-issued RMA authorizing that specific action.
The Cabin Depot® is a retail business only and assumes no liability for DIY installations or equipment selection. Customers must comply with all applicable building codes.
