The stove we purchased is great and suits our needs. However what I find lacking is phone response and customer service. I’ve called several times never get anyone to answer. I only had one return call right at the beginning and nothing on any other calls. The ratings on your store were great which is why we ordered but I do feel someone needs to answer calls promptly … this lack of customer service would defer me from ordering in the future I feel.

Very happy with my deco nano . Live on Vancouver Island and have been building my new home over the past year. Working with the local building department can be tricky and trying to say the least , so always important to keep to the regulations of the building code. The Nano deco is mobile home certified, which is a prerequisite when building a new home ! It was also very affordable in comparison to other wood stoves on the market and lastly it fit the scale and look of my home design. I added a fresh air intake another building code requirement. The house has 13 1/2 foot ceilings but the stove heats the place up in no time.
