If you find a lower price from another Canadian retailer on the same item — before you buy — we’ll gladly match it. 

✅ Products That Qualify

To be eligible for a price match, the competing product must:

  • Be identical in brand, model number, and condition

  • The competing product base price prior to checkout must be lower, and be priced in Canadian Dollars, including all fees.

  • Be sold and shipped* by an authorized Canadian retailer (online or in-store)

  • Be in stock and available for purchase at the time of the request.

  • To be eligible for the price match, a valid proof of the lower advertised price is required. You need to complete this form to apply for a price match.
*Note: some palletized products requiring LTL freight shipping may be excluded.

❌ Products that do not qualify include:

  • Items sold by third-party marketplace sellers (eBay, etc.)

  • Refurbished, open-box, demo, clearance, or liquidation items

  • Items on special sale events (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Week)

  • Items with pricing errors, misprints, or special rebates/promotions

  • Limited quantity, timed promotions, or members-only pricing

All price match requests must include:

  • A link to the product page, or flyer showing the competitor’s lower price

  • A valid comparison showing item availability, model number, and pricing breakdown
