The Cabin Depot Gift Card Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, redemption, and use of The Cabin Depot Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") for The Cabin Depot and The Cabin Depot Newfoundland (collectively referred to as "The Cabin Depot Stores"). By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.
1. Gift Card Description and Validity:
1.1. The Cabin Depot Gift Cards may be physical or digital and are issued by The Cabin Depot Stores.
1.2. Gift Cards can only be redeemed at the specific physical store location for which they are purchased, or the corresponding web store.
1.3. Gift Cards do not have an expiration date, except where required by law.
2. Purchase and Redemption:
2.1. Gift Cards may be purchased online through The Cabin Depot website or in-store at any of The Cabin Depot Stores.
2.2. To redeem a Gift Card, present the physical card or provide the Gift Card code at the respective store's checkout or web store's payment portal, as applicable.
2.3. Gift Cards may be used to pay for merchandise and services offered by The Cabin Depot Stores or their corresponding web stores. They cannot be used for purchasing other gift cards.
2.4. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
3. Balance and Reload:
3.1. You can check your Gift Card balance online or in-store.
3.2. Gift Cards can be reloaded with additional funds instore.
4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards:
4.1. Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
5. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities:
5.1. You may not use Gift Cards to make illegal or fraudulent purchases. Any such activity will result in the voiding of the Gift Card and may lead to legal action.
6. Quebec-Specific Terms:
6.1. For residents of Quebec, the following specific terms apply:
- The Cabin Depot Gift Cards do not have an expiry date.
- Gift Cards cannot be subject to any fees, including activation, usage, or service fees.
7. Liability:
7.1. The Cabin Depot Stores are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.
7.2. The Cabin Depot Stores reserve the right to refuse to accept any Gift Card that appears to be fraudulent or has been tampered with.
8. Changes to Terms:
8.1. The Cabin Depot Stores reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time, without notice.
9. Governing Law:
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the respective store or web store is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
