Perfect for households looking for a fast, clean, and pest-free composting system, this heavy-duty insulated composter keeps out rats, rodents, and cold temperatures so you can compost all year round without the wait or the mess.
Thanks to advanced freon-free urethane insulation built into the body, bottom, and lid, plus a patented two-layer ventilation system, this composter keeps temperatures high and microbes working around the clock. By reducing household garbage volume, you can lower waste pickup fees and create rich natural fertilizer to nourish your garden soil.
- Selecting the Location: Place on a firm, level surface where water will not gather. Ensure direct contact with the ground for proper seep liquid drainage and absorption.
- Filling the Composter: Empty your biowaste inside. Top it off with a dry cover of Biolan Bulking Material using 1/3 to 1/2 of the added waste volume to maintain perfect aeration.
- Air Inlet & Outlet: Use the integrated thermometer to check system activity. Keep the air valve wide open (100) during warm seasons and almost closed during winter freezes to preserve composting heat.
- Mixing & Aerating: Regularly use a compost mixer to aerate the top 20-30 cm of the mass to help activate composting microbes.
- Effortless Emptying: Once the unit is near full, open the lower base hatch door and spade out the ready, semi-mature compost while leaving active upper layers untouched to continue the cycle.
- Storage & Protection: Always close and lock the top lid tightly, and protect extra bags of bulking material from rain and moisture.
