Most everything you need for a basic, through the wall installation. You might have to buy some pipe at the local hardware store, but you don’t need any expensive accessories from us! Note: all the parts are inside the bucket.

1 – 3 inch X 16 inch PVC exhaust vent pipe with comfort damper valve installed.

2 – 3 inch X 1.5 inch PVC rings if you want to mount 90 degree elbows directly to the toilet.
2 – 3 inch X 4 inch sections of PVC pipe to help position the vent hole locations.
2 – aluminum louvered vent caps with insect screens for each 3 inch pipe.
1 – 90 degree rubber coupling for urine drain to 1″ PVC pipe (pipe not included).
1 – straight rubber coupling for urine drain to 1″ PVC pipe (pipe not included).
1 – bag of 6 screws (for mounting to the floor). 4 pan head for the corners. 2 flat head for the center.
1 – 12 volt wires (bare ends, with fuse).
1 – 110-120 volt wall transformer.
1 – package of compostable bags (10 bags in a package).
6 – elastic bands.
YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE from a hardware store:
– a small tube of white bathroom caulking to seal the bottom of the toilet. "This is important step to complete the installation" – 1″ PVC or ABS pipe for the urine drain. – 3″ PVC thin wall sewer pipe (if the included 16 inch long pipes are not sufficient).
RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept most unused and unopened merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (see exceptions below). Simply return the complete product to us in its clean original packaging, accompanied with the original proof of purchase or receipt. Note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Unused items with open boxes within 30 days of purchase will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. These items must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories.
Please note:
Special-order merchandise is not returnable. Non-refundable items also include: Used toilets, cleaning or clothing products, hammocks, Coghlans, Aquatabs, and other items as specified Batteries of any kind are not returnable. This includes but is not limited to all flooded acid, sealed/AGM, or LiFePO4 batteries. There are no exceptions*
*It is not possible to measure or guarantee with certainty that a battery has been unused once it has left our warehouse. Accepting a battery return and then reselling to other customers with the presumption of it being unused is not a practice we follow.
WARRANTY
All merchandise is subject to the manufactures warranty and will be repaired or replaced as per the manufactures directions. The Cabin Depot™ is a retail business and we do not employ installers. However, we are very happy to assist customers having issues with any products purchased by reaching out to the manufacturer on the customers behalf if needed to help expedite the troubleshooting or warranty process.

-The Cabin Depot™ uses 3rd party carriers and trucking companies, therefore cannot guarantee exact delivery dates under any circumstances.
-Customers with specific delivery date requirements should contact our shipping department who can review available options.
-Our shipments leave our dock in perfect condition. The carrier or trucking company is fully responsible to deliver orders damage-free and are fully responsible for any delayed or lost shipments.
-Due to increasing fuel and operating costs, trucking companies are now charging additional fees to deliver to some locations in Canada which unfortunately may not be covered under our free shipping policy. The Cabin Depot™ reserves the right to notify the customer of any additional shipping or handling charges if necessary to deliver. If notified of any additional charges, the customer has the right to modify or cancel the order for a full refund.

When deciding which toilet to buy, I realized that the reviews visible at the bottom of each product on Cabin Depot are not specifically for the product you are looking at (as of August 2024). This made it challenging to compare and understand what customers thought of the specific product we were considering! I took a deep dive into YouTube reviews to try to compare the Think Tank to the OGO Toilet. Ultimately, we went with the Thinktank due to the urine diverter. We like that the fan runs constantly with a solar panel and DC battery. So far it works well! There is a bit of an odour outside the building, but not inside the outhouse. We suspect adding an elbow for the vent (to bring it higher than the roofline) would solve this issue. One thing I wish was a bit clearer is that the waste from this unit needs further composting (unlike the sunmar). But, we appreciated that this unit resembles a toilet and is smaller in size than full composting versions.
