Les liquides et les solides sont séparés dans la cuvette de manière à pouvoir être éliminés individuellement. Les solides contenus dans le conteneur arrière de 14,5 litres peuvent être compostés ou incinérés. L'urine est évacuée par l'arrière des toilettes vers un champ d'épuration extérieur, un réservoir d'eaux grises ou un réservoir Ejektortank. La Tiny peut également être convertie pour utiliser un réservoir d'urine portable interne de 7,1 litres, qui peut être facilement retiré pour être utilisé comme engrais ou éliminé de différentes manières. Le ventilateur intégré expulse les odeurs et la condensation des toilettes et de la salle de bains de manière silencieuse et efficace. Le conduit d'aération peut être installé derrière les toilettes, à travers un mur extérieur ou par le toit. La Separett Tiny 1271 est livrée complète pour une installation de base, y compris un tuyau d'aération (Ø50 mm) pour traverser un mur et un tuyau d'évacuation de l'urine de 2 mètres de long (Ø32 mm).
Pour les endroits qui n'ont pas accès à une alimentation 110-120V, pas de problème, le Tiny 1271 comprend à la fois un adaptateur 110-120V et un câble d'alimentation 12V avec des pinces crocodiles pour se connecter directement à une batterie 12V. Le ventilateur (1,6 W, 210 mA) est parfait pour les batteries et l'énergie solaire. Le temps de fonctionnement avec une batterie 12V, 100Ah est d'environ 3-4 semaines. Le Tiny 1271 peut également être ventilé à l'aide d'une turbine éolienne pour ceux qui sont totalement hors réseau et qui n'ont pas d'électricité du tout.

Not just any Seat!
Who would have thought you could have so much to say about an outhouse toilet seat. Search no further if you are looking to upgrade the comfort level ( especially in colder climates) and for use in odour control. In combination of the added seat over with the venting of your outhouse, makes the privy a nice place to be. The supreme comfort and warmth of the seat when thing get cold is a luxury you never thought you needed. This replaces all the cold plastic, wooded and even cushioned seats. Warms almost instantly with you own body heat. It has to be used to see for yourself. Add this small level of comfort to any outdoor privy and the stigma of an outdoor facility goes away!

A great way to build your own composting toilet
I purchased this product to build a more esthetically pleasing compost toilet setup for my tiny home. It’s a cheap and easy alternative to complete composting toilets and gives you the freedom to design your toilet to best suit your space. The separating system reduces the frequency of cleaning out solid waste and gives the opportunity to store than dilute the liquid waste to use for watering trees and vegetation (not food crops). Recommend strongly.
