We own a Separett Villa and have been very happy with it. However, this unit has so many improvements it's incredible. The sleek new design, the vent pipe being more discreet, the solids bucket design, the hinge design...everything is improved on! We are so impressed!

Great to have no more cold seat

After some research, I decided to purchase the Separett Tiny for installation in our sailboat. The order was easily placed through the Cabin Depot website, shipping was included, and the product was delivered on time. All in all a good experience so far. Installation was not so easy, but that is what you get with a sail boat, not a fault with the Separett. it seems to be a quality product, well thought out and well made. My only complaint, and it is a small one, is the shipment had only one absorb pad (not as indicated in materials list), and only one drain cleaner disc, again not as indicated. Since the package did not seem to have been tampered with, I assume there was a shortage of these items at time of shipment? As a note, the marine application could be a market for future growth for Separett? The small design & simplicity lends itself well to installation on small water craft. First - we love the toilet. It works perfectly.

My only complaint is the there basically are no usable instalation instructions with it. The instaruction are on the level of "vent the pipe outside, plug it in and so on.
I spent two hours trying to find out where to plug in the ac cord at the toilet end. Embarassing, but true story. I had to call you folks and you were extreammly helpfull by taking and sending me a couple of pictures of your floor unit.

I was up the lake looking a neighbours unit when my wife text saying she had it!!

Besides those couple of things, once it was installed and running it's beed great.
