This basic wall thermostat works with any millivolt fireplace such as Empire Direct Vent Models: DV210, DV215, DV25, DV35, DVC35, DV55, and Standard Mantis Fireplaces (Not G-Class) or any fireplace / heater that would use a wired thermostat.

Please keep in mind that Empire's warranty does not cover any service fees incurred by customers, nor does it offer reimbursement for these costs.
