Thanks to the valuable feedback from our end users, we have developed a simple but highly functional solution to solve the problem of slippage when using the Clesana C1: the Anti-slip. This retrofit kit offers clear advantages and is a functional upgrade for the Clesana C1.
The anti-slip seal is the perfect addition for anyone who wants to get the most out of their Clesana C1. It prevents unwanted film waste, maximizes the number of bags, and offers a simple and sustainable solution for any slippage that may occur.
What is slippage?
Slippage occurs when the liner film is removed passively— without the transport rollers rotating. Typical causes include:
• Excess weight in the bag: A fresh liner can hold up to 800 g of bag contents, whereas an empty liner is pulled down when the contents exceed 400 g.
• Manual action: When the film is pressed down by hand, like a conventional trash can.
• Movement in the vehicle: Hanging bag chains can pull off the film when the vehicle moves due to the bag swinging.
Slippage causes the liner to be used up before the control system displays the actual final level.
The anti-slip seal prevents the film from being accidentally pulled off. This keeps the bag small and compact, even after repeated use.
You have 80 cm more liner available per cassette, as unnecessary film consumption due to slippage is eliminated.
The anti-slip set can be easily retrofitted to any Clesana C1.
