Empire requires that all installations, servicing, and repairs be performed by a qualified professional. If the installation is not conducted by an authorized installer, the warranty on the heater will be void.

All troubleshooting and technical diagnostics must be performed by a qualified technician on-site. After the technician has determined the defective part or identified the issue, a request can be submitted to The Cabin Depot for a warranty request. Please keep in mind that Empire's warranty does not cover any service fees incurred by customers, nor does it offer reimbursement for these costs. Customers will be responsible for all service and installation charges.
