J.A. ROBY Fornello Wood Cookstove

Low-Profile Cookstove for Cabins, Cottages & Rural Homes — Model FORNELLO

Enjoy hot home-cooked meals and dependable whole-home heat without taking up your kitchen wall. Handcrafted in Quebec, the official J.A. ROBY Fornello gives you all the benefits of a full-size wood cookstove in a shorter, low-profile silhouette. By leaving off the tall warming closet found on older stoves, the Fornello easily fits under kitchen windows, open cabinetry, or lower cottage ceilings without blocking light or sightlines. With a deep firebox that keeps wood burning all night and a built-in baking oven, it keeps your cabin warm and your family well-fed—even during deep winter power outages.

• Low-Profile Window Clearance: At just under 41 inches tall, it fits comfortably below kitchen windows, open shelving, and cottage beams without the visual bulk of a tall warming cabinet.
• Bake & Roast Without Electricity: Features an eye-level glass baking oven with a door thermometer, plus a solid cast iron stovetop with removable burner plates for boiling or gentle simmering.
• Holds Heat All Night Long: The extra-large 3.01 cubic foot firebox easily accepts standard 16-inch firewood and burns for up to 14 hours per load so you wake up to a warm house.
• Clean-Burning & Firewood-Saving: EPA 2020 certified with an ultra-clean burn rate of 1.56 g/h, giving you more usable heat out of every cord of wood with very little smoke or chimney creosote.
• Handcrafted for Canadian Winters: Built in Quebec with thick plate steel and lined with heavy refractory brick to soak up intense heat and radiate lasting warmth across spaces up to 3,000 sq. ft.
