The genuine Rolls R-CAP 48-piece master case is manufactured by Surrette Battery Company to outfit large-scale commercial, dual-string, and multi-cabinet flooded battery banks with advanced electrolyte retention technology. By integrating an internal condensation medium with a hydrophobic disc, R-CAP vents reduce distilled water loss by 50% to 60% under normal, properly regulated charging.
Featuring a convenient snap-action flip-top lid, routine hydrometer testing and cell watering across extensive battery banks can be completed quickly without unthreading or misplacing dozens of individual caps. An integrated flame- and spark-arresting barrier provides crucial safety against external ignition while keeping battery tops dry and free of acidic mist.
