⚠️ System Design Notes
To ensure a professional and safe installation, please review the following requirements:
- This unit is for 48V battery systems. It will not operate with 12V or 24V banks.
- For 240V loads (well pumps, dryers, electric stoves), a minimum of two SUNON3.6 units must be installed in parallel and configured for split-phase operation.
- This inverter is IP20 rated and must be installed in a clean, dry, indoor environment.
- Native BMS communication is supported for RUiXU, Pylontech, and other major battery brands via RS485/CAN.

We ordered our PV panel, battery bank and inverter set up in September 2024. There were a number of hurdles to get over and many times we worried we were not going to accomplish our dream of greater self sufficiency.

Recently added a EG4 LL battery to my existing system.
Cabin Depot was great to deal with, shipping was around a week., which is pretty good considering it was shipped across Canada.
Only delayed by 1 day but that was a UPS thing.
This battery was added to 3 existing EG4 Lifepower batteries.
Everything worked no issues at all., only thing was the communication ports are in different locations and the supplied cables are too short to reach,
No big deal.
All in all very happy and would order again
