The Victron VE.Direct TX Digital Output Cable expands the control capabilities of Victron BlueSolar and SmartSolar MPPT charge controllers. Designed to connect to the TX output of the charger's VE.Direct port, it enables specialized applications including automated solar lighting dimming and virtual load switching.
Adds load output control to larger MPPT models (MPPT 100/30 and larger) that lack physical load terminals by connecting the TX output to a BatteryProtect or solid-state relay to switch loads on or off.
Connects the MPPT's TX output directly to the PWM dimmer input of an LED driver to allow timed or automated lighting dimming, significantly reducing energy draw during low-sun conditions.
