Inspected Open Box Condition: This controller is brand new and has never been wired into a system or energized. Our technical team has inspected the internal power board and terminal blocks to confirm 100% factory-standard electrical order. During transit, the bottom mounting bracket tab sustained a slight bend that can easily be pressed or tapped straight prior to mounting. Note that the unit is missing its printed user manual and RS485 BMS cable, though full documentation and configuration parameters are accessible digitally via EG4.
