Important Venting Requirements

This unit requires 3" Diameter Category III Stainless Steel Venting (UL 1738). Standard PVC or ABS piping cannot be used due to exhaust temperatures. Please ensure you purchase the correct vent kit for your installation setup (horizontal or vertical).

Important Note for Canadian Installations

Pressure Relief Valve Required: To comply with Canadian plumbing and safety codes, a Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) is mandatory. Unlike traditional tank heaters, this tankless model does not include an integrated PRV.

You must purchase a 3/4" NPT Pressure Relief Valve (rated for 150 PSI) separately. These are readily available at most hardware stores. We highly recommend professional installation by a licensed plumber to ensure code compliance and safety.

Some units are equipped with an anti-freeze protection device that works as long as there is power to the unit. Do not rely on this device to fully protect the unit from freezing.

All Camplux warranty claims are to be repaired and/or replaced per the manufacturers directions. Please have the following information ready to expedite the process:

RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept any unused and unopened merchandise
for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply return the complete product to us in its clean original packaging, accompanied with the original
proof of purchase or receipt. Note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
