One of the many tests required to achieve the ULC S-629 standard requires that the stack withstands testing of three thirty-minute thermal shocks at a temperature of 1150°C (2100°F). SUMMUM PRO chimneys are specifically designed for use with stoves, fireplaces and residential furnaces, and are suitable for use with heating appliances using the following fuels:
SUMMUM PRO chimneys only require a 2″ clearance to combustible materials, and our round and square supports allow the chimney to be installed with approximatively 2″ of clearance in the area protected by the support.
