Test d'immersion : Avant chaque utilisation, vérifiez l'étanchéité de la pochette. Assurez-vous d'abord que l'intérieur de la pochette étanche Load 'N Lock est complètement sec. Scellez la pochette en plaçant un morceau de papier contenant le plus d'air possible à l'intérieur, et verrouillez la pince. Immergez la pochette et attendez 5 secondes pour que l'air s'échappe de la pince. Pressez le sachet pour voir si des bulles s'échappent. Inspecter le papier fermé à l'intérieur pour vérifier qu'il n'y a pas de taches d'eau.

Test de flottaison : Pour s'assurer que votre pochette étanche Load 'N Lock flottera avec les objets que vous y rangez, il suffit de la charger en laissant autant d'air que possible à l'intérieur, de fermer la pince et de la laisser tomber dans l'eau en la tenant par la sangle de cou. Immergez la poche et lâchez-la. Elle devrait rapidement remonter à la surface et flotter.

Conseils d'utilisation supplémentaires pour garantir un fonctionnement correct :

Vérifiez qu'il n'y a pas de sable ou d'autres objets qui pourraient gêner la fermeture et l'étanchéité du collier.
Tourner complètement les boutons en position horizontale lors de la fermeture de la pince.
Ne pas utiliser si la poche est perforée ou coupée.
Éviter tout contact de la poche avec des objets pointus ou abrasifs.
Tenir à l'écart de la chaleur extrême et des flammes.
Avant de l'ouvrir, secouez l'eau de la pince et séchez la poche à l'aide d'une serviette.
Rincer à l'eau douce et sécher après chaque utilisation.
Ne pas laisser à la lumière directe du soleil, car l'accumulation de chaleur peut endommager les objets stockés.
Ne pas immerger dans l'eau chaude. L'eau chaude peut ramollir le plastique et provoquer des fuites.
En cas d'utilisation dans des climats humides, utiliser des sachets de gel de silice pour absorber l'humidité.a

Great coffee pot

I love this coffee pot for my woodstove, or sometimes to make it a fast pot of coffee, I use it on my butane stove

First of all I want to thank Cabin Depot for being fair to the customer with their price unlike every other dealer on the internet. Cabin Depot was selling the replacement fuel tablets for this stove below the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price that was listed on Coghlans site. I saw some retailers asking $18 CAD for 24 Coghlans fuel tablets when you can buy this stove with the 24 tablets for $8.99. Coghlans really is a great middle of the road Canadian company providing camping goods that the average person can afford and Cabin Depot is passing these savings along to the customer. Thank you. The stove can be more than an “emergency” stove. It’s very small to pack. I put a piece of tinfoil on one side to block the wind if need be. I’ve found that you can bring 8 oz of water almost to a boil (good enough for one cup of coffee) with one fuel tab at -5 Celsius with no wind. I’m sure that it would come to a complete boil once summer arrives and the temperature rises. If you need longer for soup or two cups of coffee you will need at least two tabs. I would suggest stacking one tab on top of another rather than laying them side by side. Great product.

These matches work great for high wind or in high humidity and Cabin Depot offers these at a fair price. I use regular matches when conditions are good so that I don’t waste them. I purchased two containers and found on both that I couldn’t turn the cap on all the way and it wouldn’t seal. It wouldn’t catch the threads. For some strange reason there are three plastic knobs below the threads that prevent the cap from screwing down. I shaved them off with a utility knife even with the body of the container and now the cap screws down the way it should.
