The Victron Energy Phoenix Inverter 24/500 120V VE.Direct NEMA GFCI is engineered for professional, heavy-duty mobile, marine, and off-grid solar arrays. This pure sine wave inverter safely powers sensitive 120V AC household appliances and electronics from standard 24V deep-cycle leisure or starting battery banks.
Built with a proven full-bridge and toroidal transformer topology, the Phoenix 24/500 is short-circuit proof, protected against overheating, and capable of delivering a high 900W surge threshold to start challenging inductive loads like power converters, LED matrices, and electric tools. This specific model features an integrated NEMA GFCI outlet, fully compliant with UL 458 standards for safety in marine and RV applications.
Designed with exceptional operational efficiency, it features a smart ECO mode that scales down power draw to a mere 1.5W when no load is detected, periodically pulsing to check for appliances. The integrated VE.Direct communication port allows direct connection to a computer, smartphone, or tablet for wireless programming, diagnostic monitoring, and system optimization.
Connect easily to a computer (VE.Direct to USB cable) or wirelessly to iOS and Android devices (using the VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart Dongle) to configure alarms, thresholds, cutoffs, and monitor real-time loads.
