I have been unable to get this Mppt charge controller to work on my 24v volt system. I’ve tried programming it to User, made sure it was set for 24 volts and tried two different known working solar arrays that use 2 Qcell 480 watt panels in parallel and put out about 43 volts. This controller showed a higher voltage of 51 volts on this controller versus the tracer 4215 bn that is normally used. I’ve tried changing the boost and other settings but I was unable to get it to send wattage to the batteries. This may be a defective charge controller out of the box. Unfortunately, I purchased it about 2 weeks ago and I am not in a position to return it to the store until I leave my cabin in September. Hopefully, the warranty will not have expired. I have a need to set up another 12volt array for my work shed using 100 watt or 150 watt solar panels, 12v lithium batteries and a 3000 watt inverter and I may have the time to try this solar charge controller on that system and hope it will function properly on a 12 volt system. I would have preferred to purchase the EPEVER 40A tracer 4215 BN since I already have two of them and I am familiar with the functionality and settings on the older generation. Hopefully I can get this new one to work otherwise I will have to return it to the store where I purchased it.
